Kurrent Design Studio draws on a decade of design experience in Maui, SoCal, Chicago, Indiana and beyond to get it right and make it look easy.
You move about your space with a slightly golden ease and grace. Maui takes care of most of this! As a designer, I aim to enhance the natural beauty and the elements of our luscious island.
Let’s look at it in a fresh way, together. It can be a cost-effective, fun pile of two-penny ideas or a punchy project with the sort of design grammar that makes an exclamatory splash on an already perfect Maui holiday.
My design language has changed and evolved over time. Let’s listen and strike the right balance between design sensibilities and THE-ALWAYS-PRESENT project constraints of time, space, budget and of accessibility. Kurrent Design will lead that with our design network and trusted contractors on the island.
All of it— from site selection to architecture, kitchens to bathrooms, fabrics to furniture, shipping and temporary storage to installation, Kurrent Design is with you.
My project sensibilities are grounded and focused on client success and happiness. When project conditions allow, a fresh-canvas start is ideal; we can play in a sand box with your architects or provide turnkey design-build services.
All said, the perfect balance is always-as-it-should-be a client-driven thing.
